Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bindry (the "Service"), operated by Bindry AI LLC ("Bindry," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using Bindry

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep it up to date.

2. Description of the Service

Bindry lets you author, version, publish, and export reusable AI instruction assets ("Bindings") and ordered collections of them ("Stacks"). Some content on the Service is created and published by other users; we do not review or endorse user-generated content and are not responsible for it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
  • Publish content that is infringing, defamatory, or that you do not have the right to share;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications to others.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the Bindings, Stacks, and other content you create. By publishing content publicly on Bindry, you grant other users a license to use, copy, and export that content through the Service, subject to any visibility settings you choose (Public, Unlisted, or Private). You grant Bindry a license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to operate the Service.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Some features require a paid plan. By subscribing, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Workspace settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. SMS terms

If you add a phone number, Bindry sends one-time security passcodes to that number as part of signing in; these are transactional messages required for the Service to function and are not optional marketing messages. If you separately enable SMS notifications in Account Settings, we may also send you account and product notices.

By enabling SMS notifications, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Bindry at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply START to resubscribe; reply HELP for help, or contact support@bindry.ai. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, which may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier network issues.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content (including content published by other users) is accurate, complete, or safe to use.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bindry will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
