# Bindry

> Bindry is a package manager for AI agent skills — version controlled, CLI accessible, and loaded just in time. Write your team's instructions once — brand voice, sales playbooks, email tone, writing style or coding standards — as reusable skills, group them into Binders, and your agent takes out only the ones a task calls for: in Claude Code, Codex and GitHub Copilot through plugins, or in any other AI tool through AGENTS.md, Markdown or MCP.

A **skill** is one reusable instruction — a coding standard, a brand-voice rule, a review checklist.
A **Binder** is a named group of skills published together. Both compile to the native format of
each AI tool, so the same instruction is used unchanged across them.

- Keeping every AI tool a team uses on the same instructions: brand voice, sales playbooks, email tone,
  writing style, and coding standards.
- Writing an instruction once as a skill, and reusing it unchanged instead of copying it between tools.
- Sharing public skills and Binders in the Library, or keeping them private to one person or team.
